Lentis, a sprite, represents step #1:
Lentis is a tiny, winged, long-lived, and magical creature with
pointed ears. She brings joy and fulfillment into others’ lives
through nature, music, stories, art, dance, and words. She denotes
an open heart and mind, and strives to bring others together to
share and live harmoniously, while honoring each individual's unique
qualities.
As human business representatives, we should also strive for
this level of honorable listening, as we interact with our customers.

Llaimenitu, a winged lion, represents step #2:
This noble, stern and compassionate creature signifies creative
intelligence. He concerns himself with the welfare and safety of
all good beings and focuses on creating good in the world, so is
sought out for his great wisdom and knowledge.
We search for this enlightenment in business, too, by brainstorming
strategies and ideas together.

Neturru, a golden dragon, represents step #3:
Our fire-breathing dragon shining with gold scales, smells of incense,
and is graceful, sinuous and wise. He hates injustice and foul
play and quests to promote good. Neturru represents strategy and
enterprise, and sheds light on ways to create wealth.
He teaches
we humans the importance of thoughtful focus as we put together
plans to enhance our businesses.

Cetrae, a phoenix, represents step #4:
Resembling an immense bird of prey with feathers the color of fire,
Cetrae is a creature of tremendous power. She represents regeneration
and growth and, with the capability for renewal, often symbolizes
renewed life and increased prosperity.
She shows us how to be active and flexible as we implement our
strategies.
